“Customers returning a diesel pump under the Service Exchange Program are responsible for sending back the original unit (core unit) within the specified return period. The returned pump must be complete, securely packaged, and free from excessive external damage  Failure to return the original diesel pump may result in additional charges

Return Policy

“Customers who have purchased an incorrect item may return the item within 10 days of the original purchase date, subject to approval by the Seller. To qualify for return, the diesel pump must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Any item showing signs of installation, use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
